Stuttgart, Germany. Porsche Design proudly announces Orlando Bloom as the new Brand Ambassador for the brand’s Timepiece and Eyewear collections. Recognized for his acclaimed roles in numerous films and considered one of Hollywood’s most stylish leading men, Orlando Bloom is also a long-time Porsche enthusiast. His admiration for the exceptional design, technical innovation, and functionality that define Porsche Design makes this partnership ideal. In the new image campaign for Porsche Design, Orlando Bloom is seen sporting the iconic Chronograph 1 timepiece, along with seven selected models of the brand’s innovative sunglasses and prescription eyewear.

ORLEN Skylight accelerator is back with over 20 technological and business challenges defined by companies from the ORLEN Group. Young tech companies can respond to challenges in the following thematic areas: digital organization, modern station and customer of the future, industry 4.0, as well as a safe and innovative organization, and energy and process optimization. Applications for the acceleration program will be accepted until February 17, 2025.

Porsche Design presents the reissued Chronograph 1 – All Black Numbered Edition, a tribute to the iconic Chronograph I designed by F.A. Porsche in 1972, the same designer of the legendary Porsche 911. This all-black chronograph revolutionized the watch industry and was directly inspired by the Porsche 911 dashboard. Crafted by hand in Porsche’s watch manufactory in Solothurn/Switzerland, this model fuses excellence in automotive engineering with the art of Swiss watchmaking.
The Timepiece campaign showcases the re-engineered Chronograph 1 – All Black Numbered Edition, highlighting its heritage and connection to the Porsche 911. The campaign visuals, in the brand’s signature colors of black and red, were staged alongside the watch’s source of inspiration, the iconic Porsche 911.
Introducing the 2025 Porsche Design Eyewear Collection, featuring the iconic P’8478 model alongside six other sunglasses and prescription styles. Designed by F. A. Porsche in 1978, the P’8478 made history as the first sunglass model with an interchangeable lens system. Its innovative quick-release mechanism allows for easy swapping of teardrop-shaped 6-base curve lenses in various colors, providing seamless adaptation to different light conditions. Crafted from lightweight titanium and scratch-proof polycarbonate, the P’8478 combines innovative design with maximum performance and durability.
With its visionary collaboration of design and technology, the P’8478 model from the 2025 Porsche Design Eyewear Collection stands out as one of the world’s most unique eyewear designs. Its interchangeable lens system, first introduced in 1978, allows for seamless adaptation to different light conditions, while its lightweight titanium and scratch-proof polycarbonate construction ensures maximum performance and durability. Joining the P’8478 are six other sunglasses and prescription styles, making this collection a true symbol of innovation and style.
